Lentil Soup
Preferable Time : Bef dinner
Serves (approx.) : 4


Ingredients
Split masoor : 250 Grams
Carrot : 50 Grams
Onion : 1 Nos
Butter : 3 Tbsp.
Corn flour : 2 Tbsp.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Milk : 2 Cup
Ginger Paste : 1/4 Tsp.
Garlic Paste : 1/4 Tsp.
Chopped coriander leaves : 1 Tbsp.
Water : 4 Cup



Preparation
1. Boil lentils,chopped onion, chopped carrots with water.
2. Strain & take out thick puree. Beat corn flour with butter
    & milk to make white sauce.
3. Add this to the puree. Add salt, pepper & serve hot.
