Minestrone Soup
To serve 5-6
Preparation time : 20 mins.
Cooking time : 10 mins.
Ingredients
Maggi Chicken Noodle Soup : 1 pkt
Maggi Tomato Ketchup : 2 tbsp.
Water : 5 cups (750 ml)
Butter : 1 tbsp.
Peas, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Carrots : 11/2 cups (chopped)
Paneer : ½ cup (cubed)
Ham : 50 gm (cubed)
Tomatoes : 2 (chopped)
Salt & Pepper : to taste
Preparation
1. Dissolve Maggi Chicken Noodle soup in 5 cups water.
2. Stirring constantly, bring the Soup to a boil.
3. Melt butter in a pan, Saute peas, cauliflower and
carrots for
1 min. Add cabbage, paneer and ham
and saute for
another ½min.
4. Add sauted vegetables and chopped tomatoes to boiling
Soup and cook for 5-6 mins. or till
vegetables are tender.
5. Add Maggi Tomato Ketchup and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
