Gazpacho

Preparation time : 20 mins.
Cooking time: 15 mins.


Ingredients
Maggi Tomato Soup : 1 pkt
Cucumber : ½
Capsicum : ½
Onion : 1
Garlic : 1 clove
Tomato : 1 large
Bread : 1 slice
Water : 1 cup
Vinegar : 3 tbsp.
Salt & Pepper : to taste


Preparation
1. Prepare Maggi Tomato Soup as per pack instructions
    and chill.
2. Puree all the vegetables and bread together using 1 cup
    water. Strain well.
3. Mix chilled Maggi Tomato Soup with the strained vegetable
    puree and vinegar. Chill.
4. Adjust salt and pepper.
5. Garnish with finely chopped onion, cucumber and capsicum.



Serve chilled.

Quick tip: For quick chilling of Maggi Tomato Soup reduce the quantity of water during cooking and add ice. Remove ice before serving.
