Serves (approx.) : 5
Ingredients
Chana dal : 500
Grams Sugar as reqd
Whole wheat flour : 125 Grams
Refined flour : 250 Grams
Oil/Ghee as reqd
Nutmeg powder : 1/4 Tsp.
Preparation
1. Wash chana dal and cook by adding water.
2. Add sugar and cook till mixture becomes thick.
3. Add grated nutmeg. Make a soft dough by adding oil
and water to maida.
4. Take a small amount of dough and fill with chanadal
filling.
5. Roll out to a thin round(mixture should not come
out)
and bake on griddle till done.
6. Apply ghee and serve.
