Missi Roti
Preferable Time : Lunch/Dinner
Serves (approx.) : 4
Ingredients
Wheat flour : 1 Cup
Bengal Gram Flour : 1 Cup
Oil : 2 Tbsp.
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder : 1/4 Tsp.
Preparation
1. Mix wheat flour, gram flour, salt and chilli powder
and oil.
2. Mix well and knead into a soft dough by adding water.
3. Make small balls and roll into flat rounds(rotis).
Heat a tawa and roast each round
evenly on both the sides.
4. Smear with ghee and serve hot.
