Fruit Salad
Preferable Time : lunch/dinner/snacks
Serves (approx.) : 4
Ingredients
Water Melon : 1/2 Nos
Fresh/Canned Apple : 2 Slices
Banana : 2 Slices
Grapes : 1 Cup
Sliced Pineapple : 1/2 Cup
Sugar syrup as reqd
Preparation
1. Cut the water melon in half and scoop out and discard
the seeds. Cut the flesh in small cubes and reserve.
Other fruits cut into small pieces(except grapes).
2. Mix the melon pieces with the fruits and sugar syrup.
Pack the melon shell with this mixture, then cover tightly
with transparent plastic paper.
3. Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
