MANGO YOGHURT
Preparation time : 25-30
mins.
Chilling time : 1 hr.
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk : 1/2 tin (200 g)
Nestlé Dahi : 500 g
Gelatine : 1-1/2 cup
Water : 1/2 cup
Mango : 1 (medium size)
Method
1. Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 cup hot water.
2. Peel mango and slice. Reserve 1 slice for decoration and
mash the rest into pulp.
3. Beat Nestlé Dahi lightly to break up the lumps.
4. In a serving bowl combine Milk maid condensed Milk, Nestlé
Dahi, mango pulp and dissolved gelatine.
5. Leave in a refrigerator to set.
6. Serve well set decorated with thin slices of mango.
