CRUNCHY DELIGHT
Preparation time: 5-10 mins.
Baking time : 15-20 mins.
Serves : 4
Ingredients
Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk : 1/2 tin (200 g)
Milk : 1-1/2 cups
Eggs : 2
Cornflakes : 1-1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence : 1/2 tsp.
Honey : 2 tb. sp.
Method
1. In a bowl, beat eggs lightly.
2. Mix in Milkmaid condensed Milk, milk and vanilla
essence and
cornflakes.
3. Bake at 180° C for 20-30 minutes or till the
top becomes light
brown and the pudding is set.
4. Pour honey and serve warm.
