Pau Bhaji
To serve 6
Preparation time : 8-10 mins
Cooking time : 10 mins.
Ingredients
Bhaji
Maggi Masala Chilli Sauce : 1 tbsp
Maggi Chilli Garlic Sauce : 1½ tbsp
Maggi Super Seasoning(Lemon Masala) : 1 pack.
Potatoes : 1 1/3 cups (boiled & mashed)
Carrots, Peas , Onions, Cauliflower : 1 1/3 cups (minced)
Butter : 1 tbsp
Tomatoes : 4-5 (chopped)
Green Chillies : 4-5 (chopped)
Coriander leaves : 2 tbsp (chopped)
Salt & red chilli powder to taste
Pau
Butter : 1 tbsp
Buns : 6 (halved)
Preparation
1. Heat 1 tbsp butter and saute vegetables for about
2 mins.
Add chopped tomatoes and fry for
another 2 mins.
2. Add mashed potatoes and blend well.
3. Add Maggi Chilli Garlic Sauce, Maggi Masala Chilli
Sauce
and crumbled Maggi Super Seasoning.
4. Keep mashing the mixture till well blended. Cook
for 5-10
mins. (Add some water if necessary).
5. Add green chillies and coriander leaves.
6. Adjust salt and red chilli powder.
7. For Pau, heat 1 tbsp butter and fry the halved buns
till
golden brown.
Serve hot with the bhaji.
