Green pea
chops

Serves (approx.) : 6
Ingredients
Green pea : 500 Grams
Chopped Green chilli : 4 Nos
Corn flour : 200 Grams
Pwd. Garam Masala : 1/4 Tsp.
Oil as reqd
Potato : 1 Kg
Cumin seeds : 1/2 Tsp.
Ginger paste : 1 Tsp.
salt to taste
Preparation
1. Boil potatoes. Peel & mash with salt & chilli
powder.
2. Grind green peas with green chillies & ginger.
3. Heat little oil in a pan & add cummin seeds.
Add green
pea paste. Fry till dry. Add salt
& powdered garam masala.
4. Make a batter by mixing corn flour & salt.
5. Take a small ball of mashed potato. Make a cavity
in the
centre. Put small amount of green
pea filling. Close & flatten.
6. Dip in the batter & deep fry in oil till golden
brown.
