Chelsea Buns
Preferable Time : lunch/dinner/snacks
Serves (approx.) : 6


Ingredients
Flour : 500 Grams
Salt : 5 Grams
Sugar : 50 Grams
Ground Almonds : 50 Grams
Ground cinnamon : 1 Kg
Ground cinnamon : 1 Tsp.
Tutty Fruity : 50 Grams
Mixed Fruit Jam : 1 Tbsp.
Egg : 1 Nos
Milk : 250 ML
Yeast : 10 Grams
Melted Butter : 75 Grams



Preparation
1. Sift the flour and make a well in the center.
2. Cream the yeast with little of sugar and milk and pour
    into the well. Sprinkle with little flour and leave it in a warm
    place until frothy.
3. Add the butter with the remaining sugar and milk to form
    soft dough. Leave to rise until doubled the size. Knead the
    dough again and roll out to 3 mm thickness and brush with
    butter, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, almonds, and tutty
    fruity.
4. Cut the dough into cm wide strips. Roll up one strip and
    place in the center of a greased flat tin. Roll the remaining
    strips around it and leave in a warm place to ferment for
    15 minutes.
5. Brush with beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven
    at160 degree temperature for 20 minutes.
6. Glaze with mixed fruit jam.
